Transit Test Approved Standard Packaging Process

Vanity

Step1:
Foam sheets are to be clipped upon doors and drawers to make sure they don’t fall open during the packaging process causing unnecessary damage, and also prevent the customers from being hurt from the flipping-open door or drawer upon the receipt of the cabinet.
Step 2:
Foam sheets is wrapped-around functioning as the 1st layer of protection.
Step 3:
For the most fragile part -- corners, we prepare double-layer protection : 3-5mm paper board + 10mm polyurethane foam(18kg/m³). Good for BV’s dropping test.
Step 4:
The face with Drawers will be packed with 10mm polyurethane foam(18kg/m³)first, and then all the edges will be equipped with specifically-tailored L shaped foams, and after that, the whole cabinet , all 6 surfaces will be covered with another round of polyurethane foam with the same thickness and density.
Step 5:
Locking the whole cabinet by an all-around intertwist film (stretchable film) keeping the polyurethane foam from falling out during the packaging process, and at the same time, make the whole product vapor-resistant.
Step 6:
On the top and the bottom of the cabinet where the most movement of transportation and loading goes on, wooden crates are to be put to provide the strongest support.
Step 7:
Master carton of 7.5-8mm thick and 150 pounds weight bearing。
Step 8:
Seal the carton with 30mm wide tapes.

Mirror

Step 1:
A wooden crate will be designed according to the size of your mirror, and be put into the carton as the chief support for the whole packaging.

Step 2:
20mm polyurethane foam(18kg/m³) to be located on the bottom, the upper & lower side, and the left & right side.
Step 3:
Foam sheet to be wrapped around to provide a specific protection for the glass part.
Step 4:
Cover your mirror by a whole block of polyurethane foam(18kg/m³).
Step 5:
Master carton of 7.5-8mm thick and 150 pounds weight bearing

Special tailored Granite Top Packaging

Step 1:
Use specially tailored 25mm thick Polyurethane Foam(16kg/m³) as the principal packing material. Step 1 – place the backsplash into the moulded socket to secure the piece inside out, avoiding any bumpiness with the top.

Step 2:
Place the granite top upwards into the foam box, with super strong foam board wrapping 5 faces around.
Step 3:
Cover the foam box with a 16kg/m³,25mm thick firm Polyurethane Foam board.
Step 4:
Seal the carton with 30mm tapes.
Step 5:
Secure the package finally with tear-proof PP tapes.
